02Description of Services
Credit Score Giant provides credit repair services, which include reviewing your 3-bureau credit reports, identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading, or obsolete items, and disputing those items with the credit bureaus and your creditors under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not provide legal advice, and our services are not a substitute for legal counsel.
03No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or any particular increase in your credit score. Individual results vary based on your specific credit history and the responsiveness of the credit bureaus and creditors. Any examples shown are illustrative only.
04Fees and Payment
In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not charge any fee before the agreed-upon credit repair services are fully performed. Payment for each dispute round is collected only after that round of services has been completed. Specific pricing is provided in your written contract before any work begins.
05Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 3 business days of signing at no cost. Cancellation instructions are provided in your written contract. To cancel, follow the instructions in your contract or contact us through our consultation page.
06Written Contract Required
Before any credit repair work begins, we provide you with a written contract detailing the scope of services, the total cost, the timeframe, and your cancellation rights. No work will be performed until you have reviewed and signed this agreement.
07Your Responsibilities
To allow us to perform our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including authorization to pull your credit reports, and to promptly forward any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus or creditors. You acknowledge that you may obtain your credit report on your own, free of charge, at annualcreditreport.com.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Score Giant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
09Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Credit Score Giant and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.
10Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
